1. What Does WCC not clean?

Professional cleaning services from WCC are designed to help keep your home fresh, clean, and comfortable. To provide this level of exceptional service to all our valued customers these are some areas and items in your home we do not clean:

  • Wash Dishes

  • Clean Laundry 

  • Pick Up or Remove Clutter

  • Clean Toys

  • Move Heavy Furniture

  • Clean TV or Computer Screens

  • Handle Pet or Human Secretions

2. What happens if I need to reschedule my maid service? 


You must call our office to reschedule. We suggest calling 72 hours before your scheduled cleaning, to allow us ample time to book your scheduled time with another customer.  It is increasingly difficult this time of year to schedule around cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning. We always do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. If your cancellation falls within the 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning, a $50.00 fee will be charged to your account. If we arrive to your cleaning and are not able to access your home (or office) for any reason, you will be charged 100% of the service charge. 

3. For restoration services - will you bill my insurance?
 

This is a common misconception with disaster relief. Some would think you must first contact your insurance company, who then would call us! You DO NOT have to wait for your insurance company to call us. When you first determine you need emergency restoration services, call our team right away. We work with, and bill directly your homeowners insurance. We are able to offer not only clean-up, but also repairs to finish the job correctly. We are a one stop shop for all your disaster recovery (water mitigation and fire damage relief).
